I am Saskia Pfeiffer,

A person who believes that true growth arises where heart, mind, and faith interact.
With my workbooks and workshops, I create spaces where inner processes can be consciously acknowledged: mindfully, honestly, and with trust in God.

It moves me when people begin to see their own story with new eyes. When thoughts become organized, feelings are given a name, and faith takes shape in everyday life.

I wish that hearts will be preserved and that people will discover how God works quietly and faithfully in their lives.

My story

Born in 1984, I grew up in an atheist family in East Germany. My difficult childhood was never processed, and the resulting inner consequences manifested in adulthood. In 2019, I encountered Jesus during a profound crisis. In him, I was finally able to find peace, experience healing, and discover who I truly am.

My own story has taught me that healing is a journey: sometimes quiet, sometimes courageous, but always sustained by God's faithfulness. I have learned to understand patterns , to name wounds , and to take steps that lead to freedom . From this depth, I now accompany others: clearly, empathetically, and with great respect for each life story. My workbooks are a journey to your true self, far removed from hurt, guilt, or self-judgment. Because I know what it's like when life falls apart. I know inner darkness, overwhelm, psychological distress, and the questions you ask yourself when seemingly nothing holds you back anymore.

I didn't come to this work from a theoretical perspective. I've been through my own crises. My story is marked by a difficult childhood, inner struggles, and times when I didn't know what to do next. But it was precisely in this depth that I encountered Jesus, not as a religious concept, but as real hope and a firm foundation. He didn't change me overnight. He carries me step by step through my life. Today I'm not here because I have everything under control, but because I've experienced that healing is possible.

After my conversion in 2019 and my work with people with mental health challenges until 2025, I realized that I wanted to do more than just talk about hope; I wanted to responsibly accompany people on their journeys. Therefore, I pursued further education and now combine personal experience , systemic thinking , and biblical truth , grounded in professional training and continuing education. Today, I support people in understanding their formative experiences, recognizing inner patterns, acknowledging shame, fear, and old loyalties, and developing healthy boundaries. It's not about cutting off one's own story, but about consciously integrating it and learning freedom in Christ.

Young people are especially close to my heart. They are at the beginning of their journey—often filled with insecurities, inner pressure, and questions about identity. I hope they live consciously, build lasting relationships, and don't unconsciously repeat old patterns. And I hope they come to know Jesus as a living reality and a faithful companion. My vision is a generation that knows its history and no longer lets it define it. I dream of relationships that endure, of families that don't break apart because of unconscious patterns, and of a faith that doesn't remain superficial. I believe that even today, Jesus leads people step by step into freedom.

If my story and my work resonate with you, I would be happy to accompany you or your group for a while on this journey.
