Workshops and Evenings of Testimony
I accompany young people, congregations, and Christian groups in conversations about inner freedom, formative experiences, identity, and lived faith. My workshops combine personal life stories, systemic insights, and biblical depth. Without pressure, but with genuine hope.
All formats can be offered as 90-minute sessions, half-day or full-day events. I am happy to come to your facility or support you digitally.
Topics and methods in workshop work
My workshops address topics that truly resonate with young people today: upbringing, identity, shame, fear, and relationship patterns. They are clearly structured, practical, and handle sensitive topics responsibly. In addition to providing inspiration, there is space for personal reflection and honest discussion – all within a safe and supportive environment. I offer the following workshop formats:
1. Why am I the way I am? - Understanding imprinting
A workshop for teenagers and young adults who want to better understand their patterns and reactions. We will examine roles, formative experiences, and inner dynamics – from a biblical perspective and with practical, everyday relevance.
2. Shame, fear & identity
An honest look at inner defense mechanisms and the question: Who am I really? This workshop combines systemic analysis with spiritual identity and concrete steps towards freedom.
3. Ready for the Covenant - Marriage Preparation in the Light of God
In this workshop, we focus on intentional preparation for everyday life as a couple: cultivating inner maturity, healing past patterns, and laying the foundation for a love that endures.
4. Evening of Testimony: From Survival to Life
A personal evening about my story, crises I have experienced, and the healing I have found in Jesus - authentic, honest, and encouraging.

Fees & Organization
It's important to me that my workshops for churches and groups are easy to plan and, at the same time, fair. Since every event is unique in terms of duration, number of participants, and effort, we'll agree on the fee together in a personal consultation.
The fee ranges between €250 and €400, depending on the format and scope, plus travel expenses.
We would be happy to discuss the duration, content and framework individually in a personal meeting.
It is important to me that my work remains sustainable - for you as a community and for me as a consultant.
I am aware that not every community has the same financial resources. Therefore, I am open to individual solutions when budgets are limited. At the same time, this work is part of my professional activities, so fair compensation is essential for being able to offer this service in the long term. Together, we will find a framework that is sustainable – for both sides.
