Digital products (downloads, PDFs, workbooks)

When you purchase digital products, you receive immediate access to the download.
By making this purchase, you expressly agree that your right of withdrawal expires after the download has been made available (in accordance with § 356 para. 5 BGB).

A refund for digital content is therefore not possible.

Workshops

If a workshop cannot take place, it will be rescheduled free of charge.
A refund is possible if no alternative date can be offered.
